  • Liz Jones Physiotherapist

    Liz jones

    Liz Jones qualified from Brighton Uni in 2002 and has also gained a Masters Degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy and enjoys treating horses and animals.

    Liz has worked for Southampton Academy football club and has also spent two winters in France treating skiers and snowboarders.

    She has been a stalwart member of the clinic for many years.

    Liz’s interests include skiing, kitesurfing and horse riding

  • Mellissa Clinton Physiotherapist

    Melissa Clinton

    Melissa has 20 years experience in physiotherapy, including years with Harlequins Rugby and the Olympic Institute of Sport.

    10 years ago Melissa relocated back to Poole, keen to give her children the joys of the beaches and forests of Dorset and now specialises in treating teenage sports injuries

    Melissa likes to keep active and walking her beloved Cockapoo, Dexter, and most importantly cheering her children on from the side line of their clubs

  • Katrina Kennedy Chartered Physiotherapist

    Katrina Kennedy

    Katrina was a Physio for Bath Rugby cluband then after completing a Master’s degree in Sports Science at Loughborough University she was British Gymnastics Physio and also covered the Special Olympics in Sheffield.

    More recently Katrina worked at Poole hospital as a senior Musculoskeletal physiotherapist and went on to lead the Orthopaedic Fracture team

    She has a passion for Aquatherapy . In her spare time Katrina enjoys sailing, cycling and walking with her family and friends.

  • Nicole Tudor-Williams

    Nicole has been a Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist since 1998. She soon developed a particular interest in Pelvic Girdle Pain and Chronic Pelvic Pain.

    Prior to specialising in Pelvic Health, Nicole worked for many years as a neurology specialist which she finds often comes in useful when treating women with nerve injuries following Childbirth or Severe Pelvic instability.

    Nicole currently enjoys Paddle boarding, windsurfing, cycling, sailing, Swimming, Yoga and Pilates. She is also an accomplished artist.

  • Holly Sizer

    Holly graduated from Southampton university and specialises in neurological physiotherapy


    Holly’s special interests include stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s, Facial rehabilitation and balance rehabilitation, neuromuscular conditions and working with high level patients to get them back into doing there sports and hobbies.

    Outside of her professional life Holly enjoys coastal walks, Kayaking, gardening and spending quality time with family and friends.

  • Karen Herndon

    Karen studied Physiotherapy at Brunel University and qualified in 2005.

    Special interests – stroke rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Functional Neurological Disorder, traumatic brain injury, vestibular and balance rehabilitation.

    Outside of work, Karen enjoys running and home exercise, gardening and she is a keen environmental campaigner.
